1. Combination of Discounts: 

2. Discount Banking and Expiry: 

You cannot bank multiple discounts, once you use the discount for your most recent booking your incentive discounts will reset, and your past discounts earned will expire. In other words, you can only earn one incentive per booking, and you can only use it for your next immediate booking.

3. Applying Your Discount: 

Apply your discount code to your online booking or notify us before your booking starts. 

We do not track social media tags to apply your discount to your account automatically. You will need to show us your tag by taking a screenshot, opening social media, showing the post, or showing your stories archive. Please show the M3M Studio Representative if they request to see it.

When you send your five assets, you will receive a coupon code via email, just provide the coupon code to the M3M Studio Representative. 

4. Discount Applicable Rates:

The discount can be applied to hourly or half-day studio space and equipment rental rates. It cannot be applied to any costs associated with our full-day or after hours rates. 

The discount cannot be applied to a full day after hours, or special event rates and cannot be applied to fees or add-ons (used paper fees, media transfers, cleaning, cyc wall repaint, damage repair etc).

5. Asset Definition: 

An asset can be a final photo, audio file (30 seconds or longer), video clip (30 seconds or longer), or behind-the-scenes photo or video (15 seconds or longer). If possible, please provide five assets of some variety, photo, video or audio files provided that are the exact same, or too similar will not result in a discount being provided.

6. Licensing Your Assets To Us & Consent: 

By providing your assets to us, you agree to allow us to use them on our social media, website, and any marketing materials we create in perpetuity. Consent is extremely important to us. If your asset depicts your clients in any way, please ensure you notify them that you are providing the asset to M3M Marketing Inc. (also operating as M3M Studios) for marketing use.

7. Behind The Scenes Photos or Videos:

Please ask your clients before your session if you allow us to take photos or videos. We will introduce ourselves and ensure your client(s) consent to us taking behind-the-scenes content.
